The bill requires paid sick leave and extended FMLA for certain impacted employees and becomes effective April 1, 2020. The poster provides information to employees about eligibility and paid leave entitlements. The poster must be placed in a conspicuous location. The notice requirement may also be met by emailing, direct mailing, or posting the required noticed to an internal external employee website.
